The material is made of resin with high strength and high tensile modulus. Tenax PW can suppress and absorb impact energy, thereby minimizing and localizing the damage after impact. In addition, compared to Teijin's standard modulus carbon fiber prepreg products, Tenax PW has excellent compressive strength. The sporting goods produced by this product will achieve stronger and faster swing.
At the same time, Tenax BM is an aerospace-grade carbon fiber intermediate material suitable for satellite manufacturing. Due to its good rigidity, flatness, operability and stability, this product will become an ideal choice for end applications that require high flexibility and thermal expansion resistance. Tenax BM also has excellent damping characteristics, and its damping effect is four times stronger than Teijin standard carbon fiber prepreg.
