Teijin has developed its own thermoplastic carbon fiber prepreg by combining its own carbon fiber with thermoplastic resins such as PC, PES, and PP. It is flame retardant, impact resistant, can be stored at room temperature, and is suitable for mass production. Good appearance, scraps can be recycled, and the overall cost is low.
The product can replace metal and thermosetting prepreg, and is widely used in many fields such as automobile, electronics, construction, medical and so on.
