The other six 10-meter seamless forging transition sections produced by SDYL are used in the Qinghe 2 million tons/year residual oil cracking unit of Jincheng Petrochemical and the 3 million tons/year delayed coking unit of Guangdong Petrochemical.

Previously, China's domestic 10-meter seamless forging transition sections mostly relied on imported or segmented forging and then welded together. The transition section of tailor welding is difficult to process, the processing cycle is long, and the weld will increase the risk of potential quality failure.

If the diameter exceeds 6 meters, the segmented tailor welding process should be considered; internationally, radial and axial ring rolling machines are used to manufacture transition sections, which can easily produce larger diameter integral transitions. segment.
