AHYL Aviation Alloy Technology Corporation is committed to R&D and production of high-performance aviation alloy materials and products.
Titanium-aluminum blades are leading and revolutionary technologies for high-temperature, high-strength, lightweight materials for aero-engines, and are also key strategic materials that China urgently needs to develop. Rolls-Royce commissioned the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop titanium-aluminum blades and master alloys in 2007, which have passed the certification. AHYL won the bid for Rolls-Royce China's supplier "two of the ten" and was determined to be Rolls-Royce's main supplier. AHYL and the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences established a joint venture company to realize the industrialization of titanium and aluminum blades, mass production of titanium and aluminum blades for Rolls-Royce Trent engines, and participated in the research and development of its most advanced superfan engine.
