The core technology of the three-dimensional weaving intelligent equipment developed by the company has broken through the technological blockade of European and American powers. The high-performance fiber 3D weaving technology developed by SHYL has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.

 

In 2013, the team successfully used 3D weaving technology to produce carbon fiber preforms on the production line, solving the problem of delamination in composite materials under stress.

 

At present, SHYL has provided carbon fiber three-dimensional braided composite materials for C919 aircraft partition frames to COMAC, and is developing new carbon fiber three-dimensional braided products for drones and low altitude aircraft and aerocraft.

 

 

SHYL currently possesses multiple independent intellectual property rights, including invention patents and utility model patents. The core technology has advantages such as full automation, high precision, high intelligence, composability, one-time molding, large size, high stability, and high reliability, which can adapt to the weaving requirements of fiber preforms with different external structures, size specifications, and performance levels.

 

SHYL has successfully provided multiple equipments and carbon fiber three-dimensional braided composites products for China’s aerospace, aviation and other fields.
