On February 24, 2020, ZJLX Technology Group announced that the company will invest 1 billion yuan to build a third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide product (silicon carbide wafer) project according to the company's business development needs. The new project will build a silicon carbide engineering technology center and production facilities for research and development of silicon carbide wafers.
