At 3:07 am on February 17, the "Deep Sea One" energy station successfully completed the tie-back operation of 16 mooring ropes. The deep-sea mooring cable developed and produced by ZJSX Rope Technology Group firmly fixes the "Deep Sea One" in the sea at a depth of 1,500 meters.
The "Deep Sea One" energy station is the world's first 100,000-ton deepwater semi-submersible production and storage platform independently designed and built by China, serving the development of China's first self-operated deepwater large gas field Lingshui 17-2. In April 2019, ZJSX came to the fore in bidding with many European and American companies, successfully bidding for the polyester rope production project of the semi-submersible platform of the gas field, breaking the long-term monopoly of European and American companies.
ZJSX has long been engaged in the research and development and production of special rope manufacturing technology equipment and product applications. It has participated in a series of key projects of the state and ministries and commissions for technical development and supporting, such as the "Shenzhou" spacecraft return cabin marine emergency rescue system, China's first A 174,000 cubic meter LNG carrier with FSRU function and many other domestic pioneering projects. It is also the only one in China to be awarded the "Offshore Deep Sea Mooring" by the two major international classification societies of the United States (ABS) and Norway (DNV·GL).
