Polyurethane is a new organic polymer material. The device structure of polyurethane material is added to bicycles and electric vehicles, which can replace traditional metal transmission devices and fundamentally reduce the production cost and loss of bicycles and electric vehicles.
Project leader Jiang Zheng believes that the use of polyurethane materials can not only achieve the required performance of traditional gears, but also have the advantages of lighter material, high temperature resistance, sound absorption and weight reduction, and high design plasticity. The self-developed gearless gear transmission device has increased the output value of the gear industry. The future can be expected.

Project leader Wang Tiantian said that China is a major country in gear production and sales, especially the country implementing an innovation-driven development strategy and vigorously promoting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cross-regional development strategies such as coordinated development, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt have brought major development opportunities to industries such as automobiles, construction machinery, and building materials, and there is a great demand for gear products.
It is understood that the project team has signed a letter of intent for cooperation with Huge Machinery, Dazhong Industrial, Merida and others. "We plan to initially establish a regional brand, with an annual output of 2.7 million, based in China and going global." Wang Tiantian said.
