The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase will produce 80,000 tons of precision castings each year. It will mainly build an automated resin sand molding production line, a vertical molding production line, an investment casting production line, an automated horizontal box molding production line, and an automated horizontal boxless molding production line. The second phase mainly builds CNC machining centers, CNC automatic processing equipment, 122 heat treatment equipment (sets), machining workshops, etc. After the completion of the project, the normal annual operating income is 1.6 billion yuan, and the total annual profit and tax can reach 390 million yuan.
The first phase of the project was officially started on March 8, 2019. The casting workshop of 30,000 square meters has been completely constructed. The imported production equipment is the new East ACE-6 automatic molding line in Japan, which will be officially put into operation on July 1, 2020. . The equipment enables the production line to realize a fully automated production line. Each production line equipment has its own dust removal system, and the emission concentration is lower than the European standard of 10mg/m3, which is conducive to reducing dust pollution. Its modeling and pouring technology, sand processing technology equipment, electric furnace equipment have reached World advanced level.
