The 45,000-ton functional polyester film project invested and constructed by JSYX Film Technology Group, a leading manufacturer of optical films and functional BoPET film in China, held a production ceremony on August 11th.
In July 2019, JSYX started the construction of a functional polyester film project with an annual output of 45,000 tons, with a total investment of 290 million yuan, a new 18,000 square meter factory building, an optical-grade polyester base film production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons and 25,000 tons of functions Polyester film production line. The main plant was completed in May this year, and the two production lines were put into production ahead of schedule in June and July respectively. After the project is fully operational, the annual output will be 45,000 tons, which is expected to increase sales revenue by 640 million yuan.
It is understood that the new production line equipment of this project is jointly designed by Yuxing Co., Ltd. and professional manufacturers in Germany and South Korea. The key process is independently improved, the whole line is highly automated, and some of it adopts artificial intelligence technology to improve efficiency and quality.
