TUBALL™ MATRIX 808 by OCSiAl is a pre-dispersed concentrate of single wall carbon (graphene) nanotube, with polyol ester as a carrier.
It offers electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage while maintaining rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix. It leads to less rejection of the final parts.
TUBALL™ MATRIX 808 is used for the compounding of TPU, filled PPS, ABS, PC, PC-ABS, PA and glass-fiber reinforced PA resins. Suitable for 3D-printing, mining industry and molded parts for automotive applications.
The recommended dosage level is 0.5–5 wt%. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
