Since the successful research and development of high manganese non-magnetic steel, JGHX Group has continued to optimize the production process, increased market expansion, and made a double breakthrough in product output and sales.
At present, the high manganese non-magnetic steel products produced by the company have been successfully supplied to CRRC Group for manufacturing the core key components of high-speed railway. The application field has been further expanded, and the market share in China has reached 25%.
High manganese nonmagnetic steel has the advantages of low temperature impact resistance, low magnetism and nonmagnetism of stainless steel, as well as the advantages of excellent mechanical properties, easy welding and other processing properties of carbon steel. It is widely used to replace austenitic stainless steel to manufacture large transformer antimagnetic components.
However, the production technology has been monopolized by foreign enterprises for a long time due to the high safety and technical risks of steel smelting, continuous casting and rolling, and the high difficulty of quality control.
After six years, JGHX's R&D team has overcome the key technologies of high manganese non-magnetic steel, such as difficult continuous casting, difficult rolling, low strength, and large permeability fluctuation, and achieved industrial batch production. It has become the first enterprise in China that can produce high manganese non-magnetic steel plates in a large-scale and batch manner by "smelting continuous casting rolling".
Tested by China National Iron and Steel Materials Testing Center and other units, all properties of the steel have reached the standard, the magnetic permeability has reached the mobile phone testing standard, and the production process has reached the industry-leading level.
The company presided over the formulation of China's High Manganese Non magnetic Steel Plate Industry Standard for Power Transformers, which filled the blank of transformer material standard in the power industry.
