Year 2014
In March 2014, the pressure balance plug valve jointly developed by SCJK and PetroChina Western Pipeline Branch passed the new product appraisal of the expert group. The expert group believed that the main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. The product passed the industrial test at the Changji Test Site in December 2014; in the same year, the product was used in Chongqing Fuling shale gas and Sinopec Jinan-Qingdao Second Natural Gas Pipeline Project.
2018
In April 2018, the new pressure balanced plug valve independently developed by SCJK passed the new product appraisal of the expert group. The expert group believes that the four specifications of pressure balanced plug valve products have completely independent intellectual property rights, filling the domestic gap, and the main technical indicators have reached foreign countries. The advanced level of similar products can be popularized and applied in the engineering fields of natural gas long-distance pipelines, gathering and transportation, and gas storage.

In August 2020, the fifth-generation high-pressure large-caliber pressure-balanced plug valve jointly developed by SCJK and the National Pipeline Network Group Construction Project Management Branch was witnessed by a third-party manufacturer and completed the established test content of the factory test program for the localization project. , Passed the expert group’s new product appraisal on August 27. The expert group believed that the product had independent intellectual property rights, filled the domestic gap, and its main technical indicators reached the international advanced level of similar products; on October 1st, it passed the industrial Test; On October 13, it passed the on-site industrial test acceptance appraisal of the expert group.
SCJK pressure-balanced plug valve through 10 years of research and development and the technical update of the fifth generation of products, now has the ability to mass produce series of pressure-balanced plug valves.
