The large-scale lifting equipment for ultra-deep wells developed by leading Hoist manufacturer in China won the first prize Hay:Y08ZXZG

A few days ago, the review results of the 2020 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award by China Machinery Industry Federation and China Mechanical Engineering Society were announced:

ZXZG Heavy Industry Group applied for the "Ultra-Deep Mine Safe, Efficient, Heavy-Duty Lifting Key Technology and Industrial Application" project, which won the first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress.

Mine hoisting equipment is the key equipment for the transportation of ground and underground personnel and materials. It requires high safety. If an accident occurs, it may cause disastrous consequences. Lifting equipment is a typical rigid-flexible coupling system, consisting of a high-power drive system, a control system, a braking system, a wire rope system, a loading and unloading system, etc. The system is complex and difficult to develop. China has formulated special safety regulations to regulate.

ZXZG has been continuously developing for more than ten years, especially with the support of the national 973 project "Basic research on the design, manufacture and safe operation of large-scale lifting equipment for ultra-deep wells".

The new product has a lifting height of over 1500m, a single lifting payload of 60t, and a maximum lifting speed of 16m/s.

 

The project has been successfully used in Yunnan Huize Chihong lead-zinc mine, Huaneng Qingyang Coal and Electricity, Luannan Macheng Iron Mine, etc., with good results and reaching international advanced levels.

ZXZG successively invented the multi-point radial positioning transmission friction pair; invented the large taper hole direct connection structure; invented the winding hoist for ultra-deep well hoisting, breaking through the asymmetric parallel broken line rope groove design theory and key manufacturing technology; invented A synchronous common point multi-channel constant deceleration safety braking system and method, and a "speed-pressure double closed loop" control strategy; a magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission system for mine hoisting vessels, and a time-sharing fixed-point wireless charging technology developed , To achieve accurate real-time detection of the full stroke position and status of the lifting container……

 

The deep well large hoist developed by ZXZG has a market share of more than 60% in China, and the products are exported to the international market.
