The HIB hit rate of the first batch of 18 rolls of 0.27mm high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel products produced by decarburization and nitriding line, ring furnace and flat drawing line is as high as 100%, 100 and above grades before scoring account for 90%, 095 and above grades account for 30%, and the average magnetic induction is 1.915T, and the maximum is 1.93T.
The successful production of this batch of products marks that TGJT has become the third manufacturer in China with the batch production capacity of preparing high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel.

According to incomplete statistics, transformer loss accounts for 40% of the power grid loss, accounting for 6.6% of the national power generation.
