According to the company's CTO Dr. Ma, this kind of clothing made of high-performance protective fabrics can resist sharp weapons such as daggers and bayonets, and maximize personal safety.
The black technology is the "inner core" hidden in the interlayer – a high-performance fiber-reinforced stab-resistant composite material only 2 mm thick.
In 2012, SHGJ's R&D team completed the basic research project of new flexible stab-resistant materials. The company has carried out more than 1,500 tests, and a composite material composed of a new type of flexible stab-resistant polymer resin material and chemical fiber base cloth has come out, which has become the best material for making "soft hedgehog armor" protective products.
At present, the company mainly focuses on the research and development and sales of functional protective fabrics such as flexible stab-resistant materials, flame-retardant fabrics, and three-dimensional woven fabrics. These materials are widely used in bullet-proof and stab-resistant clothing, flame-retardant clothing, wearable protective equipment and other special personnel protective products.
The company attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific research and technological achievements. The strong R&D team is guided by two professors, and consists of several doctors and masters. It is jointly developed with China's top textile material research and development institution: Donghua University. At present, the company has more than 30 patents, including 8 authorized invention patents.
