After more than a decade of technological research and development, the company has made breakthroughs in copper rotor die-casting, copper alloy die-casting technology research and development, small-scale product trial production, and mass production.
The company has developed a complete set of proprietary technology for pure copper die-casting production, which is the first in China and internationally advanced. Currently, the company has applied for and granted 11 patents, including 3 invention patents and 8 utility model patents:
The company also led the drafting of two national standards for the technical conditions of ultra-high efficiency cast copper rotor motors: "explosion-proof ultra-high efficiency cast copper rotor three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions" (GB/T31234-2014) and "cast copper rotor ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions" (JB11712-2013).
The company also participated in the revision of the national motor energy efficiency standard "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Conservation Evaluation Values for Small and Medium sized Three Phase Asynchronous Motors" (GB18613-2006), and the new standard GB18613-2012 has been implemented since September 1, 2012.
The company's product: cast copper rotor for high-efficiency energy-saving motors was also awarded the National Key New Product (No. 2010GRF3007) in 2009, and was selected for the National Development and Reform Commission's Key Energy Saving Technology Promotion Catalogue (second batch) in 2011.
