The leading supplier of Micro ultra-precision precision transmission parts and micro transmission system for Bosch and Huawei Hay:U02SZZW

Mechanical transmission in the industrial field is mainly used to transmit power and motion. Common transmission types include gear transmission, worm gear transmission, belt transmission, chain transmission, etc., of which gear transmission is the most widely used. The transmission system refers to the combination of devices that transmit power and motion, usually including power devices and transmission devices.

The micro transmission system is a small transmission system based on micro and precision gears, realized through structural optimization design, fine production and assembly, etc.

Micro-drive is an interdisciplinary industry. The core technology has been in the hands of European and Japanese companies in the early years, and it was finally successfully broken by SZZW Precision Transmission System Technology Corporation in China.

SZZW is committed to the R&D and manufacturing of high-precision micro-drive systems. Its products are widely used in automotive electronics, such as electric tailgates, automatic door locks, electronic parking brake systems (EPB), electronic power steering systems (EPS), engine cooling System, turbocharger control system and many other aspects.

The following is the growth history of SZZW:

In 2002, SZZW became a supplier of high-precision micro-drive components for Canon, Nikon, Asia Optics and other companies;

In the 2003 Shanghai Micro Motor Exhibition, SZZW exhibited a product with stamped and rounded edges. The shape of the rounded edges was close to 90 degrees. This molding process was quite special at that time, which aroused the interest of NIDEC SANKYO CORPRATION and extended to SZZW the Olive branch, in the end, this order became SZZW's stepping stone into the field of precision motor manufacturing, and became a supplier of core precision motor components for well-known companies such as Panasonic and Sanyo.

In 2005, Zhaowei Electromechanical entered the core motor components, and cooperated with Panasonic, Sanyo, Sankyo, and Canon to produce precision, small and ultra-thin parts;

In 2009, started to manufacture miniature gearboxes.

In 2012, SZZW entered the field of micro-gear transmission systems, successively entered the fields of automobiles, communications, smart homes, and digital electronic products, becoming a supplier to well-known companies such as Bosch, Huawei, Tencent, Midea, and OPPO.

Around 2019, lifting cameras have become a popular configuration for smartphones. The company's products have captured several head phone manufacturers in China, occupying nearly 80% of the market share in China.

From producing a single motor product to providing precision transmission solutions for the entire micro-drive industry.

Many of the company's customers come from Europe. Customers like Bosch who strive for excellence not only focus on the accuracy of their products, but their requirements for performance and life are far beyond the industry average. "It takes several years for a product to develop from product development to production, and to make it through continuous testing. After years of hard work, our manufacturing level can be said to be comparable to that of Germany",

In recent years, SZZW has won many awards in the industry, among which it won the special prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award in December 2019.
