However, its surface is powdery, which is easy to fall off and dross, polluting the titanium aluminum solution, resulting in insufficient accuracy of the blade. Scientists in different research fields spent a whole decade, after numerous failures, finally concocted a special binder, so that yttrium oxide will no longer fall off, solving the problem of the blade container, realizing the integrated casting molding, and ensuring the performance of each blade can be used safely.

At present, the titanium aluminum alloy engine blades have passed the vibration fatigue assessment, and the overall effect has reached the ideal expectation.

The company has an annual production capacity of 30000 pieces of titanium aluminum alloy low-pressure turbine blades and 1500 tons of aerospace titanium alloy castings. It can not only meet the blade requirements of commercial CJ1000 and CJ2000 aeroengines, but also meet the titanium alloy parts requirements of Chinese commercial aircraft cabin.
