PGTG has successfully rolled the thinnest alloy spring hot rolled flat steel in China – a certain brand of alloy spring hot rolled flat steel with a thickness of 4.5 millimeters and a width of 310 millimeters, which will be used for the production of spring plates in the civil aviation flight field. Due to high performance requirements and high production difficulty, currently only PGTG can produce ultra-thin alloy spring hot-rolled flat steel used in the field of civil aviation flight.

PGTG has also successfully conquered the production technology of ultra-wide and ultra-thin high-temperature alloy hot-rolled flat steel, producing the widest high-temperature alloy hot-rolled flat steel in China – a certain brand of high-temperature alloy hot-rolled flat steel with a thickness of 17 millimeters and a width of 590 millimeters.
Ultra wide and ultra-thin high-temperature alloy hot-rolled flat steel is mainly used in fields such as aerospace and heavy-duty gas turbines. In the past, it has always relied on imports. The rolling of ultra-wide and ultra-thin high-temperature alloy hot-rolled flat steel developed by PGTG has changed the long-term dependence on imports.
