The company mass-produced ultra-thin titanium foil with a thickness of 0.03 millimeters. On the company's precision foil production line, the minimum processing thickness of titanium ultra-thin strips can be controlled at 0.01 millimeters.

Due to its excellent properties such as high strength, high bending, and low surface roughness, it is an important material in the fields of aerospace, new energy batteries, electronic communication, and other fields. It has been applied in products such as micro aircraft, mobile phone folding screens, VR glasses, and so on.
The company has established a joint research and development team with Northeastern University of China, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and China Institute of Metal Research.
At present, SDGX can stably produce 0.01mm foil in bulk, with a maximum width of 650mm.
In addition to ultra-thin titanium and titanium alloy foils, the company has also successfully developed high-precision pointed foil grade metal materials that are urgently needed in the market, such as ultra-thin nickel based alloys, high silicon steel, and silicon steel ultra-thin strips.
Nickel based alloy foil can be rolled to three thicknesses: 0.025mm, 0.05mm, and 0.13mm.
