On the morning of April 21, 2022, the Hay Think team came to a key project covering an area of 200Mu and just put into production: HBJL vanadium-titanium alloy seamless pipe production workshop. On the production line, the punching machine passes through the steel once, and the seamless tubes are formed instantly. Soon, they will appear in various fields such as offshore oil and gas fields, nuclear power plants, high temperature supercritical and above thermal power units.
At present, high-end varieties such as strong anti-corrosion oil and gas pipes and high-strength hydrogen cylinders produced by HBJL have achieved full coverage of oil well pipes and pipeline steel pipes, filling the gap of high-end seamless pipes.
In the factory, there is a provincial key project with an investment of 530 million yuan and an area of 58 Mu: the construction of the new large round billet continuous casting project site, the construction personnel are stepping up the installation of various equipment, and simultaneously promote the construction of the factory building. It is expected to be officially put into operation in June this year.
"After the project is put into operation, it will achieve three 'world firsts', namely the world's first 18m radius arc continuous casting machine, the world's largest 1300mm continuous casting round billet specification group spacing, and the world's first fully intelligent/digital continuous casting production line By then, HBJL will also become the world's largest manufacturer of continuous casting special steel round billets with the most complete product specifications. This product is mainly used for processing wind turbine bearings, gears and other components.
According to reports, at present, the diameter of the world's largest continuous casting round billet is 1000mm. Due to the high requirements on technology, materials and processes, the large-diameter continuous casting round billet required for China's production has long relied on imports.
HBJL cooperates with leading wind power companies such as Vestas Denmark, Siemens Gamesa, Goldwind Technology and other top users in the industry to jointly build a scientific research platform and collaborate on the research and development of main gearboxes and generator bearings and gears, aiming to fully replace imported products.
The HBJL R&D team has tackled technical problems such as cracks in the heart of the high-alloy steel billet, composition segregation, etc., and realized the continuous casting of the billet to replace the steel ingot for the production of high-quality special steel key materials.
In addition to the above two projects, the vanadium-titanium bar production line with an investment of 1.8 billion yuan is the third provincial key project under construction in the HBJL plant area.
According to reports, the project is mainly based on green steel, non-quenched and tempered steel, which can ensure downstream parts companies to reduce energy consumption and realize green manufacturing, so that the proportion of non-quenched and tempered steel in automobile and construction machinery steel can be increased from 5% to 30%. %.
In recent years, HBJL has invested 8.8 billion yuan successively, and successively implemented projects such as the transformation and upgrading of full vanadium extraction, vanadium-titanium high-tech seamless pipe equipment, vanadium-titanium new material upgrade and transformation, and environmental protection and ultra-low emission transformation.
