SZHR Ceramic Film Technology is committed to the research and development of medical devices with nano-level multilayer composite titanium nitride protective layer technology and surgical tools. This project mainly uses electron beam technology and pulsed laser technology to effectively reduce the surface roughness of the product. Increase the surface hardness; the titanium nitride protective layer prepared by this technology uses titanium nitride as the raw material, and the nano-level multilayer composite titanium nitride prepared has good compactness and high hardness. Applied to surgical tool drills and reamers, it can effectively improve the service life and safety of medical surgical tools. At present, preliminary cooperation has been reached with some domestic medical device manufacturers.

The project applicant Jiao Fei graduated from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Xiangtan University in 2011. After graduation, he mainly engaged in the preparation of nano-multilayer film materials and their application in surgical tools and medical devices. The safety, stability and biocompatibility of nano-multilayer film materials used in medical devices and surgical tools can be effectively improved. The service life and corrosion resistance of surgical tools break the technological monopoly of foreign companies and fill the domestic technological gap.
