On November 26, the China Copper Alloy Precision Materials Technology Group SZZW New Materials Industrial Park was officially opened, and the 100,000-ton precision copper wire project was put into operation on the same day.
The project started construction on April 25, 2019, and was put into operation in just 7 months. The total investment of the project is 8 billion yuan and it is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase invests 5 billion yuan to build an annual output of 250,000 tons of electrified railway overhead conductors and low-oxygen bright copper rods, 100,000 tons of precision copper wires, 100,000 tons of precision control cables, and 50,000 tons of polymer modified materials projects; The second phase invests 3 billion yuan to build high-precision electronic copper foil, 50,000 tons of high-performance alloy copper (including nano-copper wire projects), advanced printed circuit board PCB and amorphous alloy injection molding and other projects.
