The new high-toughness polyester engineering plastics for the award-winning exhibits were developed by SHSH, and have undergone small-scale process research and development, step-by-step amplification tests, performance analysis, post-processing applications, and market development. By designing the polyester molecular chain structure and using the self-developed one-step polyester liquid phase tackifying technology, the key technical problems of the polyester sheet forming process have been solved, and a mature industrialized continuous production technology for polyester sheet base materials has been formed. The domestic production technology and product gaps of the base material for polyester board were eliminated, and the first domestic industrialized production was realized. Applying for 3 Chinese invention patents around the core technology of the product, forming competition with foreign exclusive monopoly technology.
As a new generation of ultra-light luggage materials, the exhibit has super toughness, impact strength is 1.7 times that of PC engineering plastics, and 5 times that of ABS resin. It solves the problem of easy cracking and fragility of ABS products; it is compatible with PC, ABS and other luggage Compared with the material, it has a price advantage of 10-40%; the recycling rate of the plate is more than 90%, which can reduce 3.38 million tons of solid waste every year.
