The automated graphene production line developed by NXMG Graphene Technology Co., Ltd. and ZKY after 8 months of trial production and debugging has recently officially launched commercial production, achieving an annual output of 20 tons of high-quality graphene powder, corresponding to 2000 tons of graphite Olefin slurry.
In 2018, the expert team of China ZKY Graphene Research Institute officially signed the project of "large-scale high-quality graphene structure with precise and controllable key technologies and high-end equipment for production systems".
This 138-meter-long production line is China's first version 3.0 graphene production line. It does not use a chemical production process of strong acid and alkali to reduce graphene oxide, but is a green and environmentally friendly physical method. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 100 million yuan, and the construction of a workshop of 26,000 square meters is mainly to build a 20T high-purity graphene powder/2000T slurry graphene production line.
The main body of the project, NXMG, mainly produces high-purity graphene, high-purity graphene-based lubricants, grease, and high-purity graphene-based metal composite materials, which can be widely used in chemical fiber, engineering plastics, organic materials, metal products, defense industry and other fields .
