At present, HGWG can produce 3.5Ni steel with a maximum thickness of 150mm, which is at the leading level in China.

3.5Ni steel "exclusive manufacturing". In order to promote the localization of 3.5Ni steel plates, HGWG began to develop 3.5Ni steel in 2006, passed the technical review organized by the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standard Technical Committee in June 2008, and passed the national boiler and pressure vessel on December 15, 2010. Supplementary technical review organized by the Standard Technical Committee. The thickness of the reviewed steel plate is 150mm. The phosphorus (0.007%) and sulfur (0.003%) in the steel are very low. The metallurgical quality of the steel is excellent. The low-temperature impact energy of the steel plate at -101 degrees Celsius is more than 150J. It is higher than the technical indicators of the American Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standard (ASME SA203E). After the technical review certificate of the 3.5Ni steel plate standard in June 2018 expired, HGWG successfully completed the renewal review with its rich supply performance and good physical quality. The maximum review thickness remains 150mm, ranking first in the world.

The 9Ni steel developed by HGWG passed the technical review of the Standards and Accreditation Committee in 2010 and was successfully recertified in 2015. The maximum thickness of the review is 50mm, which is the highest in China.

5Ni steel is "getting ready". 5Ni steel is an important variety of nickel-based steels, with ultra-high low-temperature impact performance, and is widely used in the manufacture of transportation and storage tank devices such as liquefied ethylene. The new product 5Ni steel developed and produced by HGWG has passed the certification of 6 classification societies including China, the United States and Italy. In August 2018, after initial expert review, material modification, and on-site technical questions and answers, HGWG's 5Ni steel passed the technical review organized by the Standard and Quality Committee with excellent physical quality, and the maximum thickness of the steel plate reached 60mm No more than 50mm), which is the thickest in China.
