Melt strength polylactic acid resin, designed and manufactured special high-efficiency mixing and dispersing double-stage continuous extrusion foaming equipment for polylactic acid, developed high-expansion polylactic acid foam sheet continuous extrusion industrial production process, and successfully produced foam The foam sheet with an adjustable performance of 5 to 25 times and a thickness of 1 to 6 mm is excellent. Through optimization of the molding process and equipment modification, food containers and packaging products with a temperature of -20 to 130 ℃ have been developed. It fills the gap of domestic polylactic acid continuous foam production technology, equipment and products, and reaches the international advanced level. The project has built a 1,000-ton production line and achieved large-scale production. The products have broad market prospects and significant social and economic benefits.
