The company has successfully achieved commercial production of porous high-temperature alloy materials.
This material is obtained by foaming and melting high-temperature alloy ingots with foaming agent A and foaming agent B. The addition amounts of foaming agent A and foaming agent B are 0.05-0.10 times and 0.001-0.005 times the mass of high-temperature alloy ingots, respectively.
This material directly prepares porous metal materials through metallurgical processes, without the need for the complex process of preparing powder and then porous materials. The pore size of the prepared porous high-temperature alloy material is uniform on the same cross-section.
