The project "Development and Industrialization of Large-scale Key Castings for Ultra-Supercritical Thermal Power Units at 620℃", through material and process research, fully demonstrates that ZGEZ has fully mastered the parameters and control measures of smelting, casting, heat treatment, welding repair and other processes, quality assurance and The detection method, the high-pressure inner cylinder, medium-pressure inner cylinder and valve body castings for 620℃ ultra-supercritical steam turbines successively developed, have formed industrialized production and replaced imports. The project has obtained 1 invention patent and 2 utility model patents. It has completely independent intellectual property rights, has significant economic and social benefits and broad promotion and application prospects.
