HYGG's independently developed seamless steel pipes for special marine purposes have filled the domestic gap and are exclusively supplied to China's deep-sea self operated atmospheric fields, setting a milestone in the localization of steel pipes as the "throat" of deep-sea oil and gas.
Submarine pipeline laying has set a new record in China, marking a "depth record" of 1542 meters. A series of high steel grade oil service products such as 80ksi-140ksi have been developed for petroleum machinery processing pipes, achieving full coverage of steel grades and specifications. The products have been successfully applied to the world's strongest ultra deep water drilling platforms such as "Blue Whale 1".
In addition, a series of special casing pipes with independent intellectual property rights have successfully explored the "underground Everest", setting an Asian record for the deepest vertical well at 9026 meters and the deepest horizontal well at 9396 meters, helping China to rank among the world's top in ultra deep oil and gas exploration.

In certain sub sectors of the steel pipe industry, Chinese standards are world standards. Henggang has independently developed a series of crane boom pipes and led the development of the national standard "Seamless Steel Pipe for Crane Boom". Among them, the boom tube developed and produced by HYGG has been successfully applied to the world's largest 4500 ton crawler crane, becoming the first choice for construction machinery manufacturing giants and listed as the first batch of manufacturing "single champion".
In order to upgrade the service life of rotary drilling pipes for customers, HYGG has developed a series of pipes for rotary drilling pipes, which has increased the service life of rotary drilling pipes from 500 hours to 2000 hours. It has withstood the practical test of exploring the toughest geological environment and the hardest strata, achieved full specification and full steel grade coverage, and ended the situation where all high-end rotary drilling pipes in China rely on imports.
In the field of pressure vessel pipe technology, HYGG has taken the lead in localizing the four major pipeline pipes P91 and P92 developed for ultra (ultra) critical thermal power units. All performance indicators meet the requirements of relevant standards and have been evaluated by relevant authoritative institutions, effectively replacing imported products. The developed seamless steel pipes for ultra-low temperature (≤ -100 ℃) have broken through multiple key technologies in low-temperature pipe production, accelerating the process of product localization.
