The TZG-type carbon fiber composite transmission shaft developed by ZGCB broke the foreign technology monopoly and successfully obtained the first domestic factory approval certificate issued by China Classification Society (CCS).
For a long time, advanced marine composite material transmission technology has been monopolized by foreign countries. The market for marine composite material transmission devices is controlled by well-known foreign manufacturers, and corresponding domestic regulations and standards are lacking. The ZGCB project team fully communicated with China Classification Society (CCS), constantly combing the inspection content, improving the verification scheme, and finally determining the approval process. After comprehensive and strict audits and third-party inspections, the various performances of the TZG carbon fiber composite material transmission shaft have been fully verified, all indicators meet the requirements, show excellent performance, and finally obtain an approval certificate.
So far, ZGCB has provided customers with more than 40 sets of carbon fiber composite material transmission products, and has received unanimous praise.
