The central manifold is referred to as an underwater "oil and gas hub station". It is one of the core technical equipment for deep-water oil and gas field development. It is mainly distributed among the wellhead groups on the seabed, and is responsible for collecting and transporting deep-sea oil and gas to the "processing center"—— The important role of offshore floating platform, its manufacturing process and quality level are directly related to the safety, reliability, economy and environmental protection of deep-sea oil and gas field development. As an important part of the underwater production system, the central manifold platform of the Lingshui 17-2 project adopts the "30-year maintenance-free" design standard, and has formulated strict anti-corrosion performance and dimensional accuracy standards for the applied pipes.
In recent years, HNHL has actively responded to the continuous advancement of national energy exploration and mining technology needs, gave full play to its technical advantages in the seamless steel pipe industry for many years, concentrated scientific research, and successfully developed multiple specifications of offshore engineering-grade deep-sea line pipe products. Aker Solutions, which won the bid for the underwater production system of the Lingshui 17-2 gas field development project, also extended an "olive branch" to Valin Henggang, went to the factory for on-site audit and certification, and ordered an outer diameter from 4 Five specifications of subsea line pipes ranging from inches to 12 inches.
