Over the years, China's ultra-high toughness steel bridge deck paving materials market has been firmly occupied by foreign manufacturers. The JSZL R&D team relies on the Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation project and the Jiangsu Strategic Emerging Industry Project. Since 2014, it has started the development and application research of special resin materials for steel bridge deck paving. It has passed nearly 6 years of scientific research and thousands of scientific experiments. , Broke through a series of technical problems in the research and development of ultra-high toughness resin materials, and developed H-type epoxy paving materials.

Among them, HRM epoxy as a binder is used in proportion to the base asphalt or modified asphalt. The ordinary asphalt mixing plant can be mixed, which further reduces the requirements for construction time and solves the high temperature control requirements of epoxy asphalt construction. Technical problems with short construction time; outstanding rutting resistance, good low-temperature crack resistance, and excellent fatigue crack resistance. The curing time of HRM epoxy asphalt pavement is short after the completion of construction, under normal conditions, the curing time is not more than 7 days; it can be widely used in steel bridge deck paving protective layer and wear layer to meet the requirements of the complex structure of orthotropic bridge deck. Special requirements.

HRB epoxy used as a sticky layer has "two-stage" curing characteristics, that is, the first stage of initial curing, the vehicle does not stick to the wheels and tracks during the construction process, and has excellent resistance to construction damage; the second stage is paving hot asphalt mixture Under the action of the material, the HRB epoxy initial solids melt and solidify for the second time, and at the same time fully bond with the upper layer mixture. The material can be applied to the waterproof bonding layer or bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement, and the bonding strength with steel plate and protective layer can reach 6~8MPa, which significantly improves the protective effect of the 5cm-thick bridge deck paving layer on the bridge structure .
