On May 8, 2023, the largest ultra-thin precision flexible film packaging substrate production base project in China was inaugurated.
The total investment of this project is 5.5 billion yuan, invested and constructed by ZJJY Electronic Materials Technology Corporation, with a land area of 250 Mu. It includes the construction of an ultra-thin precision flexible film packaging substrate production line and a COF research institute (including quality testing analysis and technical certification center).
The newly built production base will have an annual output of 1.8 billion ultra-thin precision flexible film packaging substrates.
