NDTB chairman Chen Lizhi introduced that after the completion of the second phase of the project, it will achieve an annual output of nearly 50,000 tons of high-end ultra-thin electrolytic copper foil and an annual output of 60,000 tons of copper-based new materials. It is expected that the project will reach full capacity by the end of next year.
NGTB is China's first independent research and development and production of electrolytic copper foil, its products are mainly used in lithium-ion batteries and 5G communication electronic information products. At present, the core products independently developed by the company are 4-8 micron lithium battery copper foil and microporous copper foil for lithium battery, VLP (Very Low Profile) with Rz 3-4 microns and HVLP (Hyper Very Low Profile) copper foils with 2 -3 microns Rz on both sides; 5G communication high-end standard copper foil and ultra-thick electrolytic copper foil and other products have obvious technical and cost advantages.
