Based on this goal, the two sides jointly promote the development and mass production of cylindrical 32 series battery products, and choose a joint venture to build a 2GWh 32135 battery company in Zhejiang HDDC based on market development. HDDC said that the strategic cooperation between the company and Anjoy Power aims to leverage the advantages of the company and Anjoy in their respective fields to lead the development of the cylindrical battery industry.
According to the announcement, Anyi Power is a professional integrator of cylindrical lithium power system, and possesses a series of patented patented patented series-parallel soft-connection. Its products essentially solve the problems of stress concentration and low pack rate in the use of electric vehicle batteries, and have the advantages of high efficiency and low cost in modular plug-in assembly, cell-level step utilization and after-sales service. As of September 2018, Anjoy Power has been supporting nearly 130,000 electric vehicles and energy storage systems, with over 600 million cylindrical batteries installed and a total capacity of 6Gwh.
HDDC said that the main contents of the agreement signed by the company and Anli Power are as follows:
1.According to the company's standardized and professional production and operation foundation and industrial layout, combined with the original technology of Anyang Power in the cylindrical battery plug-in combination, through complementary resources and benign interaction, jointly promote the development and mass production of cylindrical 32 series battery products ;
2. The two parties jointly invested in a cylindrical 32 series battery product (including: ternary material / lithium manganate material / lithium iron phosphate material) pilot production line in Hengdian, Zhejiang, and promoted the development and trial production of 32 series battery products;
3. After the successful trial production of 32 series battery cells, choose an opportunity to build a 32135 battery company with an annual output of 2GWh in HDDC according to market development conditions;
4. The term of cooperation between the two parties is tentatively set to 3 years, depending on the progress or result of the development of the cylindrical 32 series battery, both parties can negotiate to terminate or continue in advance.
