Graphetron 50 is currently the world's largest single-wall carbon nanotube synthesis equipment. The completion of this equipment will further consolidate OCSiAl's leading position in the global single-wall carbon nanotube market. With the official launch of the Graphetron 50 equipment, the annual production capacity of the two production lines of TUBALL single-walled carbon nanotubes marketed by OCSiAl has reached 75 tons. OCSiAl's single-walled carbon nanotube production capacity has accounted for more than 90% of the world's share. The expansion of production capacity is mainly to meet the rapidly growing demand for single-walled carbon nanotubes in the market.
Yury Koropachinskiy, President of OCSiAl Group, said: "The increase in production capacity is closely related to the rapidly growing demand in the field of electric vehicles. Combined with the official plan of the world's largest car manufacturer, by 2025, the lithium ion battery field will require 250 tons of single-walled carbon nanotubes. . "
