The company will invest in the construction of "annual output of 5,000 tons of carbon nanotube powder, 30,000 tons of carbon nanotube slurry (including related industrial chain support), and 150,000 tons of silicon carbon, graphite anode materials and graphitization processing production projects". The production of 5,000 tons of carbon nanotube powder corresponds to the company's carbon material bases adding 100,000 tons of slurry production capacity based on the existing 100,000-ton slurry production capacity plan.
The total planned investment of the project is RMB 6 billion, of which the investment in fixed assets is RMB 5.18 billion.
After the project is completed, the base will become China's most important integrated R&D and production base for carbon nanotube conductive agents and the most technologically advanced integrated R&D and production base for silicon-carbon anode materials.
