According to Huang Xiangyu, deputy chief engineer of SHSH, the company's carbon fiber has been used in many fields within a few years since its advent, and has changed traditional practices in some fields to help "Made in China."

For example, at the 21st China International Industry Fair held in September this year, a new high-efficiency machine centered on the development of carbon fiber and its continuous sucker rod was jointly declared by three companies, SHSH, Shengli Oilfield, and XD Pipeline in Shengli Oilfield. "Production System", which won the China International Industry Fair Grand Prize for the first time set up by the Industrial Fair, and became a successful case of developing and applying new carbon fiber materials to enhance the traditional oil recovery industry.

Continuous sucker rods produced with carbon fiber reinforced composite materials can reach a length of up to 5000 meters, which successfully overcomes the need for sucker rods to be connected by sleeve rods in the past, long working time, metal rods are easy to corrode, short service life, and power consumption during operation Big disadvantages. At present, it has been industrialized in 545 wells in 94 blocks of the five major oil fields in China, and has achieved direct economic benefits of 245 million yuan. The application effect in the three directions of deep pumping, energy saving, consumption reduction and anti-corrosion and longevity is remarkable. It is a revolutionary technical upgrade of the oil field oil recovery system, which will greatly promote the development and technical level of China's oil extraction industry.

At the end of last year, SHSH carbon fiber reinforced materials were successfully used in the reconstruction and expansion project of Nanjing Airport for the first time. In the reconstruction and reinforcement project of the airport terminal building, the project construction unit uses the "carbon cloth" to strengthen and reinforce the roof, beams, columns, floor slabs and other secondary and main bearing structures according to the structural characteristics and transformation requirements of the terminal building . The "carbon fiber cloth" reinforcement method is simple and convenient, and it is very easy to construct the concrete surfaces, bending members and other complex parts inside the terminal, which not only speeds up the construction period, but also reduces the project cost.

On this basis, after 3 years of scientific research and development, the SHSH carbon fiber project successfully developed 48K large tow carbon fiber in 2018. Compared with the 12K small tow, each tow is composed of 12,000 filaments. The tow is composed of 48,000 wires, and the strength of the monofilament reaches high performance. The introduction of 48K large tow carbon fiber has given the company's carbon fiber technology a strong impetus to support the development of the industry.
