The company has completed the key manufacturing processes such as piercing, heat treatment and rolling of UNS NO8825 nickel base alloy, mastered the core technology of the product manufacturing, and the properties of the finished product fully comply with the ASME SB423 technical standard.
At present, the development of new UNS NO8825 nickel base alloy products has been successfully completed, and they can be produced independently in batches Ф 38*3.5、 Ф UNS NO8825 nickel base alloy seamless steel pipe of 25 * 2.5 and other specifications.
At present, GH984 nickel base alloy developed by the company has also entered the pilot stage.
