CoE has opened up multiple channels such as technical team, material analysis laboratory and pilot production line for the European market, which can be used for the demonstration, rapid development, testing of new materials, and the identification of various composite materials such as thermosetting and thermoplastic. The factory has customized and large-scale production lines for composite materials, which can promote the commercialization of new materials. In addition to speeding up the development of new products, CoE can also provide customers with customized solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Web Industries acquired Omega Systèmes in January 2019 and continued to invest in it. Nantes CoE will collaborate with Web Industries ’North American CoE for composite automation and thermoplastic composite development. The new Nantes CoE is located in the west of France, adjacent to aviation original equipment manufacturers and their multi-level suppliers throughout the United Kingdom and the European Union. CoE is also actively collaborating with many European research institutions, such as the British National Composites Centre, the Netherlands Thermoplastic Composites Research Centre, the Dresden University of Technology, and the Technical University of Munich.
