At 10:18 am on March 18th, after 8 months of careful preparation and construction, the new R & D and production base of CQGJ Composites Technology Group was successfully put into use.

The newly established R & D and production base has now set up a number of independent kilns and supporting R & D and production units including a new generation of ultra-high modulus glass fiber, high-strength spun yarn, ternary method high silica glass fiber, and low dielectric glass fiber .

The new R & D and production base started construction in 2018. The project covers an area of 160 acres and has a total investment of 420 million yuan. It is planned to be completed in three phases. The first phase of the H04 production line has been ignited today. A total of 6 high-performance glass fiber production lines will be built. In addition, in addition to the production of special glass fibers, the base also includes a high-temperature filter bag impregnated cloth production workshop, a vacuum insulation material VIP / STP core material manufacturing workshop, a high-performance coated glass fiber fabric production workshop, and high-silica fiber acid leaching processing. Workshop, grinding fiber production workshop and other high-performance fiber products and deep processing workshops.
