Vishay Intertechnology introduces the company’s smallest automotive-grade IHLP ultra-thin, high-current inductor

According to foreign media reports, Vishay Intertechnology has introduced the company's smallest automotive-grade IHLP ultra-thin, high-current inductor to date.

Vishay Dale IHLP-1212AZ-A1 and IHLP-1212AB-A1 inductors, designed in a size of 3.3×3.3mm 1212, can save space for next-generation advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and sensor applications. The operating temperature is + 125 ° C. The thinnest part is only 1.0mm. In comparison, IHLP-1212AB-5A has an operating temperature of up to 155 ° C and the thinnest point is 1.2mm.

These devices have excellent performance and meet the AEC-Q 200 standard. They can be used in DC / DC converter energy storage systems up to 5MHz. In high-current filtering applications, it can effectively reduce noise in the self-resonant frequency range. Due to the high operating temperature, these inductors can be used for filtering and DC / DC conversion in ADAS, sensors and entertainment navigation systems; they can also be used to filter noise in mid-current filter applications.

IHLP-1212AZ-A1, IHLP-1212AB-A1 and IHLP-1212AB-5A use 100% lead-free shielding composite structure, which can reduce the buzzing noise to an ultra-low level, and has excellent resistance to thermal shock, moisture and mechanical shock , And can handle high transient current peaks without saturation. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and is Vishay Green environmentally friendly.
