SDHS's annual output of 50,000 tons of copper foil project has a planned total investment of 3.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 380 acres. The project introduces world-leading copper foil production equipment such as Japan’s Mifune and Nishimura, and adopts the parent company’s mature and stable copper foil production process. Products include high-end lithium batteries. Copper foil, standard copper foil and 5G high-frequency and high-speed copper foil are mainly supplied to well-known companies such as LG Chem, Samsung SDI, Panasonic Electric Works, CATL, and BYD.
SDHS General Manager Assistant Xu Xiaonuo introduced that SDHS is a high-end lithium battery copper foil manufacturing subsidiary of SZLH Technology Group. It relies on SZLH copper foil leading technology in terms of technology. At the same time, South Korea’s SK Group is also one of the shareholders. The company’s personnel training is also at SZLH Copper Foil Technology Group is completed, with the advantage of rapid foil production and rapid occupation of the market.
"The SDHS copper foil project with an annual output of 50,000 tons will be constructed in four phases. The high-performance copper foil production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons in the first phase was officially completed and put into operation on July 16 this year. The second-phase, third-phase and fourth-phase production line has also begun. By then, SDHS will become an important electronic copper foil production base in China and a leading supplier of ultra-thin lithium battery copper foil in China.” Xu Xiaonuo said that the second phase of the project will build a production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons, which is scheduled to be put into operation in December 2021. The third phase will build a production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons. It is planned to complete the equipment commissioning and reach production in 2024. The fourth phase will reach the designed annual output of 50,000 tons in 2026. "After this project is fully operational, it will form a high-performance new electronic material processing base with an annual output value of 4.5 billion yuan."
