December 3, 2019-At the 2019 Asia International Label Printing Exhibition, WACKER launched two anti-fogging silicone release agents suitable for high-speed coating. DEHESIVE® 982 AMA can achieve very low release force, fast curing, stable release, and good coverage. It is a universal product suitable for both paper and film coating. DEHESIVE® 276 AMA has a flat release force curve, low platinum consumption, and high cost performance. It is suitable for paper coating. During the same period, WACKER also launched the new DEHESIVE® PSA 845R silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. This product has the characteristics of high adhesive force, fast curing speed, good stability, etc. It is especially suitable for the production of various electronic product protective films and high-temperature adhesive tapes. DEHESIVE® 982 AMA and DEHESIVE® 276 AMA are both 100% solvent-free silicone release agent main agents. The product has fast curing speed and stable release performance. Due to the unique AMA® anti-fogging technology, they can meet the high-speed coating of 300 to 800 m / min or even faster, effectively prevent the formation of silicone aerosol, and significantly improve the coating effect. Both viscosities are suitable for five-roll or six-roll coating, with good coverage.

The release force of DEHESIVE® 982 AMA at low speed peeling is very low. As the peeling speed increases, the release force increases dynamically. Even with a reactive pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can achieve stable release. DEHESIVE® 982 AMA has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and can be widely used for coating paper and film substrates. In addition, the product also has the characteristics of long bath time, which is convenient for coating formulation preparation operations.
DEHESIVE® 276 AMA has a very flat release force curve, even if the peeling speed is fast, it can maintain a low release force, that is, high-speed light release. The product has a fast reaction speed, which can greatly reduce the amount of platinum catalyst, thereby significantly reducing the production cost of release paper and labels.
During the 2019 Asia International Label Printing Exhibition, WACKER will also exhibit the new DEHESIVE® PSA 845R solvent-based silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive with a solid content of 60% and a viscosity (23 ° C) of approximately 45000mPa.s viscosity. The product has good adhesion and efficient adjustment of adhesion to various substrates such as polyester, polyamide, polyimide, etc. DEHESIVE® PSA 845R has a fast curing speed, a long bath life after the product is completely mixed, and is resistant to moisture, weather, and aging. DEHESIVE® PSA 845R is particularly suitable for the production of protective films and high-temperature adhesive tapes for various electronic products.
