Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant copper alloy

Commonly used wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant copper alloys include tin bronze, aluminum bronze, manganese copper-nickel alloy and complex brass. The tensile strength of the casting is 400~500MPa, the hardness is 100~200HBS (Brinell hardness), and the elongation rate is 6%~10%. ; The tensile strength of the extruded material can reach 600MPa, and the hardness exceeds 200HBS. Major international manufacturers include Japan's SAMBO Copper Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Heavy Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., and China has ZLLY Copper Technology Group and LYSR High Performance Copper Alloy Technology Group.

CuNi corrosion-resistant copper alloys for marine engineering are mainly B10 (Cu-10Ni-1Fe-1Mn) and B30 (Cu-30Ni-1Fe-1Mn) alloys. The maximum diameter of seamless corrosion-resistant copper-nickel alloy drainage pipes for marine engineering produced in Germany and South Korea exceeds 520mm, and the thickness of the wall is as thin as 0.7mm. China started late in the development of large-diameter corrosion-resistant copper-nickel alloy pipes, and has problems of unstable corrosion resistance and low service life. Some high-end corrosion-resistant Cu-Ni-Fe alloy pipe products rely on imports. The tensile strength of CuNiSn alloy can reach 1000MPa, and it has excellent corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance under seawater or acidic, oil and gas environment and the wear resistance under high load conditions are better than that of beryllium copper and aluminum bronze. At present, all the high-end ultra-high-strength CuNiSn alloys used in China rely on imports. Among them, the products of Materion Group, Japan NAGAK Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and CLAL Special Metals (France) Co., Ltd. are in a leading market position.
