Committed to green development, MGJT, relying on more than ten years of technical accumulation in the field of hot-rolled high-strength steel, has challenged this problem and successfully declared a major special project of the provincial government. In 2017, the MGJT hot-rolled structural steel APQP project team started relevant research. Actively communicate with well-known domestic special-purpose vehicle manufacturers to accurately grasp customer needs. The R & D team of the Technology Center has launched experimental research based on the existing equipment conditions of Masteel. Aiming at the problems of high slab crack sensitivity and difficult shape control, MGJT designed a unique rolling process to overcome technical difficulties one by one, and realized that 3 to 6 can be directly rolled without the need for equipment modification. A new generation of hot-rolled ultra-high-strength steel with a tensile strength of more than 1200 MPa in a variety of millimeters. At the beginning of last year, a new generation of hot-rolled ultra-high-strength steel rolled off the production line at the No. 4 Steel Rolling Plant and passed the "inspection" by customers.
