Inside the super large steel structure workshop, the special cylinder machine assembly line and the precision machining production line have all been fully produced. The project was officially started in June last year. According to the plan of simultaneous production, transformation and implementation, it was fully put into production in the first half of this year. Relying on the strong momentum brought by the new project, XCMG Hydraulics achieved sales revenue of 1.91 billion yuan in the first three quarters of this year. 95.5% of total sales last year.
The XZYY high-end hydraulic valve project is a major industrial project of high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing in the city, with a total investment of more than 700 million yuan. 4 internationally leading flexible manufacturing lines for high-end hydraulic valves. From the independent feeding of materials, automatic processing, automatic transmission, and intelligent assembly, all of them are unmanned, which doubles the original production efficiency. It can achieve an annual output of 30,000 pieces of high-end hydraulic cylinders and 30,000 pieces of high-end hydraulic valves, with an estimated annual sales income of 800 million yuan.
Liu Qingjiao, deputy general manager of XZYY, told Hay Think that the purpose of XZYY's new production base is to solve the "stuck neck" problem of high-end hydraulic components of large-tonnage construction machinery in XCMG and even the entire Chinese construction machinery industry, so as to accelerate the realization of independent control of high-end hydraulic components. The full-line production of this project has not only improved the supporting capacity of XZYY's high-end hydraulic parts, but also reversed the situation that such products had previously relied heavily on imports, promoted the high-quality and sustainable development of the company, and accelerated XZYY's efforts to build world-class hydraulic parts brand, to reshape the new pattern of construction machinery supply chain.
