Zhongke Electric stated in the semi-annual report that in the first half of the year, the company further extended and perfected the lithium-ion anode business through the acquisition of 100% equity of Gerrit in the dual main business structure of “magnetoelectric equipment + lithium-ion anode”. The industrial chain eases the tight supply and demand situation of graphitization processing of Zhongke Xingcheng, reduces the cost of graphitizing subcontracting processing, and strengthens product quality control, thereby improving the core competitiveness and market development capabilities of Zhongke Xingcheng.
In addition, from the perspective of large-scale intensification, Zhongke Electric also increased investment in Grete to build a lithium-ion battery anode material production line project, in order to give full play to the business synergy between the Grete graphitization processing base and the anode material production base. And the integrity of the industrial chain, reduce the company's overall operating costs, improve the company's overall operating efficiency and market competitiveness.
